The source of our proudness
Our factory consists of six main areas: printing, laminating & coating, cutting, auto production, hand-making, and warehouse. Each area has its own facilities and machines, which ensure the specific process to run smoothly.
Laminating & Coating
We have professional machines that can provide products with various types of lamination and coat including PET film, pre-coated film, BOPP pre-coated film, and BOPP non-glue film, to name but a few.
Cutting
The cutting area includes two parts: Die-cutting and dividing & cutting.
Die-cutting machines are key equipment in the industry of paper bag and paper box making. Sanxi has three die-cutting machines to meet the demand for large amounts of paper die-cutting.
Dividing & cutting machines can help cut the paper into required sizes for manufacturing goods with different dimensions. There are also three dividing & cutting machines, which help cut paper within a short time.
Autoproduction
Sanxi has eight energy-efficient autoproduction machines to satisfy the needs of producing various types of products including paper bags, paper boxes, paper cushions, etc. These machines play a significant role in manufacturing more than 200 million pieces of goods annually.
Hand-making
For some quality products and special-shaped ones that require manual making, we also have a specific hand-making workshop to meet the needs.
Warehouse
Sanxi has two warehouses, including a raw material warehouse and a finished goods warehouse, with more than 4,000 square meters in total. Two warehouses allow Sanxi to pre-store raw materials to meet urgent orders from clients and also allow us to offer split shipments for customers.
